This place is excellent! The building is clean, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly ask for. It's even a few bucks cheaper than some of the other "luxury" in town. The staff is very courteous and always pleasant. I've had very few maintenance issues, but anytime I've submitted a request the staff resolved it same-day.
The building is extremely well-managed, sound-proofing is great, and just a very pleasant living experience overall. Can't say enough about it!

I’ve been living at the Gramercy for about 10 months now. The building and the surrounding area are kept very clean by management. For the rental price, you get great amenities in the building and in your apartment. It’s a very peaceful area and the building is quiet. You get a great community feel here on the premises.

A lovely rural ambiance which is amazing because downtown White Plains is so close by as are the shops and the elegant Westchester Mall. All staff are courteous and helpful. Efficient concierge desk. Good on recycling and excellent amenities include a tv room, pretty outdoor swimming pool used in the summer months, flanked by a nice patio. Any maintenance work is dealt with efficiently and promptly. I am not the first person that said it feels more like a hotel than an apartment building. And there is even a dog park!

Our overall experience since the first visit as a potential tenant has been uniformly wonderful. The building is always spotless. We rarely hear any noise at all. The staff is fantastic- very professional at all levels, kind and responsive. Maintenance issues are attended to very quickly and always satisfactorily.
The only negative comment I would make is the garage. We parked their only a few times and the lower levels are extremely poorly lit- I would never park there unless I had to. A real safety risk.

The staff who work here are incredible. It has its hiccups like all buildings (namely 6 fire alarms in the first 3 months we moved in) but the people here work hard to make it a great experience and it shows. The community activities and events are so great especially after an isolated year. Everyone from the cleaning staff (who are SO on point) to the front desk (so friendly), to the office staff (so accommodating). Highly recommend living here.

A very pleasant place to live. Management staff and front desk staff are courteous, patient, and helpful. The rural surroundings are amazing so close to the city center; a beautiful patio area and wonderful to have a swimming pool. It's often not mentioned but it is an aspect worth mentioning that there are good store rooms (and they really are proper private rooms) and how much importance the management places on re cycling.

Everyone is friendly, I lived in a not so nice building in the area and it is night and day! Everyone from the office, to the doorman, maintenance to the cleaning crew is friendly, welcoming and approachable.

I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far it has been fantastic! The leasing process was so easy and Karimah and Allison were so patient with ALL of my questions--big or small--and I still feel like if I need anything, they will be quick with help and a response.
Everyone that works here has been really helpful and kind as well! Overall, it has been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to having more of the amenities opened up as time goes by.

As a New Yorker, I have moved A LOT -- basically once every year or two years. I always feel rushed and even a bit neglected, like I'm not a person looking for a home, just a document to be signed and a rent check for management to cash. Had the complete opposite experience at Windsor at the Gramercy. Dare I say it, it felt more like hospitality than a leasing experience. I look forward to when I'm no longer house poor and can be as good a resident as they are a management company. (I don't even want to call them a landlord because of past experience with landlords.)

Moving to a 2 bedroom Apt I thought would be very challenging, however, it is comfortable here and there is lots of kitchen space, cabinets, drawers and counter space. We really are enjoying the computer area. The staff is friendly and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.
