The Maintenance staff and Conceirge are excellent. They are always concerned about the health and safety of the tenants. The staff who cleans daily keeps the building sanitized and works extremely hard keeping our environment clean.

Very fast response. Our fridge light was defective and the maintenance staff delivered the new light bulb rapidly at our front door (due to COVID they asked if Id prefer to install it myself - very mindful! - which I happily did). Very good experience and much appreciated.

The Windsor at the to Gramercy is a fabulous place to live.The concierge is professional maintenance is always there when you need them so far Im enjoying my stay at the Windsor

It is great to have long term employees who know the residents and the building. Special praise to Willie in maintenance who is fabulous. Farrah in the management office is terrific and hope she stays. Was very corporate like doing a lease renewal with a someone not on the premises a couple years ago. Hope Caitlin is replaced with someone of equal commitment. Overall, very helpful and kind staff.

great building, they take very good care of the facility & are very responsive to any needs. Farrah, Willy & Danny are terrific!

Very pleasant experience with the office staff, namely Farrah and Angela, likewise with the reception staff. They were all very responsive, friendly and supportive during my time of move in. Helping me even out during furniture delivery as I couldn't be there in person. Great start and want to thank the entire team!
